RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
You can cancel your order at any time before your delivery is arranged, and you will receive a full refund
IF GOODS NOT SUITABLE
The distance selling regulations only applies to orders made through our web site, not orders placed in our stores.
For orders placed through the website you have the statutory right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order within 14 days you must do so in writing, either by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by letter to: The Furniture Store, Wellington Road, Donnington, Telford. TF10 9BJ.
We will then respond to you to confirm your cancellation, any refund due and collection details.
The returned goods must be in saleable condition and, if possible, in the original packaging. If the returned goods are not in saleable condition then we reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded.
If you would like us to collect the goods you do not want then there will be a £45 collection charge, which will be deducted from any refund paid to you.
Alternatively you can return the goods yourself to our Telford branch to avoid any collection charges. (returns by yourself must be made within 30 days of notifying us that the goods are not suitable)
GOODS DAMAGED OR FAULTY ON RECEIPT
Firstly, if any goods we deliver are damaged or faulty we are very sorry. Please notify us of any problems with in 7 days, either by e-mail to email@example.com or by letter to: The Furniture Store, Wellington Road, Donnington, Telford. TF10 9BJ.
You will then have two options, we can either exchange the goods for a replacement of collect the goods and refund your purchase.
If you furniture is unpacked and assembled by our delivery team please take the time to check the goods over before you sign the delivery paperwork to confirm that the goods are in the correct condition when they were delivered.
Refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of collection.
Refunds will be less any collection charges, if applicable.
Mattresses cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons, after they have been slept on.
